Suggest that you dump the .NET Framework and rebuild what it does in the code. This would make the software run on just about any mochine.

Building software on someone elses work is tricky at best. The problem is Microsoft has moved on to .NET 4. It is suppose to be backward compatible but it is not totally. So as I'm not willing to drop back to .NET 3.5 Your software doesn't work for me.

You don't have to drop down. You can have multiple versions of the .Net Framework installed at one time. We are in the process of completely revamping both the GUI, as well as adding tons of new features.
